Bebeğim: İlk Lokma, eksik malzeme alternatifleri ve haftalık plan düzenlemelerini size en zeki şekilde sunabilmek için
Google LLC tarafından sunulan Gemini API altyapısını kullanmaktadır.
Google'a Hangi Veri Gider?
- "Şu aylık bebek için şu malzemelerle püre tarifi üret" şeklindeki cihaz profili doğrultusunda anonim sorgular.
- Listeye girdiğiniz haftalık yemek tüketim türleri (plan oluşturma amacıyla).
Google'a HANGİ VERİ GİTMEZ?
- Adınız, e-posta adresiniz veya başka kimlik bilgileriniz.
- GPS veya ödeme bilgileriniz.
4 Veri Depolama ve Güvenlik
- Bebeğinizin alerji durumu, yaşı ve eklediğiniz malzemeler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
- Biz arka planda kendimize ait bir veritabanı (backend server) kullanmıyoruz. Cihazınız uygulamayı çalıştıran tek ev sahibidir.
- İstediğiniz an uygulamayı telefonunuzdan silerek barındırdığınız tüm bilgileri kalıcı olarak yok edebilirsiniz.
- Not: Bu madde bebek profili, kiler ve favori verilerinizi kapsar. Premium abonelik satın alma işlemleriniz bu kapsamın dışındadır ve Apple App Store ile RevenueCat üzerinden işlenir — bkz. Madde 5.
5 Premium Üyelik / Abonelik
Bebeğim: İlk Lokma, isteğe bağlı bir Premium abonelik sunar. Abonelik olmadan
da uygulamanın temel özellikleri kullanılabilir; Premium ise sınırsız favori/kiler kullanımı,
haftalık yapay zeka öğün planı, özel akıllı bildirimler ve chatbot'ta günlük mesaj sınırının
kaldırılması gibi ek özellikler sağlar.
- Plan seçenekleri: Aylık, 6 aylık ve yıllık dönemlerde satın alınabilir. Güncel fiyatlar
bulunduğunuz bölgeye göre satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
- Ücretsiz deneme: Bazı paketler, satın alma ekranında belirtilen süre kadar
ücretsiz deneme içerebilir; deneme süresi içinde iptal edilmezse abonelik otomatik olarak
ücretli döneme geçer.
- Otomatik yenileme: Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce
iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir; ücret satın alma onayında hesabınıza
yansıtılır.
- İptal ve yönetim:
- iOS: Ayarlar → [Apple ID] → Abonelikler yolundan veya uygulama içinde "Aboneliği Yönet" ekranından
- Android: Google Play Store → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler yolundan veya uygulama içinde "Aboneliği Yönet" ekranından
İptal, mevcut ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar erişiminizi etkilemez; yalnızca bir sonraki dönem için yenileme yapılamaz.
- Ödeme ve geri ödeme: Tüm ödemeler Apple App Store (iOS) veya Google Play Store (Android) üzerinden işlenir;

The following outlines our data collection (and non-collection) policies, along with important legal disclaimers.
1 Medical Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
⚠️ WARNING: All recipes, allergy substitutions, nutritional diversity charts, and guides presented in the app
(such as the "Discover" tab) are for informational purposes only and compiled from World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines.
These contents do not, under any circumstances, replace professional medical diagnoses, pediatric advice, or treatment.
For any changes in your baby's diet, transitioning to solid foods,
or managing allergy risks, you must consult your pediatrician.
It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify if the AI-generated recipe suggestions are suitable and safe for their baby.

✅ No identity linkage. No data is ever matched with your real name, ID number, email, phone number,
or sensitive personal data. Our app does not require you to create an account or log in.
3 Third-Party AI Service — Google Gemini API
Baby: Starting Solids utilizes the Gemini API, powered by Google LLC,
to provide intelligent ingredient substitutions and robust weekly meal planning.
What data is sent to Google?
- Anonymous queries like "Generate a puree recipe for an 8-month-old using these specific fridge ingredients."
- Weekly food consumption lists (strictly for generating future plans).
What data is NOT sent to Google?
- Your name, email address, or any other identifying personal details.
- GPS location or payment information.
4 Data Storage & Security
- Your baby's age, dietary preferences, and added ingredients are stored strictly on your device.
- We do not use or maintain our own backend server databases. Your phone is the sole host of the app's data.
- You can permanently delete all stored app data at any time simply by deleting the app from your device.
- Note: This section covers baby profile, fridge, and favorites data. Premium subscription
purchases are outside this scope and are processed via the Apple App Store and RevenueCat —
see Section 5.
5 Premium Membership / Subscription
Baby: Starting Solids offers an optional Premium subscription. Core features remain
available without a subscription; Premium unlocks additional features such as unlimited
favorites/pantry, weekly AI meal plans, custom smart notifications, and the removal of the
chatbot's daily message limit.
- Plan options: Available as monthly, 6-month, and annual billing periods. Current prices
for your region are shown on the purchase screen.
- Free trial: Some packages may include a free trial for the length shown on
the purchase screen; unless canceled during the trial, the subscription automatically
converts to a paid period.
- Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least
24 hours before the end of the current period; payment is charged to your account at
confirmation of purchase.
- Cancellation & management:
- iOS: Via Settings → [Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your device, or from the "Manage Subscription" screen in the app
- Android: Via Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions, or from the "Manage Subscription" screen in the app
Cancellation does not affect access for the remainder of the period already paid for; it
simply stops the next renewal.
- Payment & refunds: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android);
refund requests are subject to the respective platform's standard policies and cannot be issued by us
directly.
ℹ️ Subscription transactions are processed through the Apple App Store / Google Play Store and our subscription
infrastructure provider, RevenueCat. Technical information such as purchase/
transaction identifiers is shared with these services during this process — your payment card
details never reach us and are handled directly by Apple/Google.

1 Medizinischer Haftungsausschluss (WICHTIG)
⚠️ WARNUNG: Alle Rezepte, Allergen-Alternativen, Nährstoffdiversitäts-Diagramme und Leitfäden in der App
(z.B. im Reiter "Entdecke") sind nur zu Informationszwecken bestimmt und stammen aus WHO-Richtlinien.
Diese Inhalte ersetzen in keiner Weise professionelle medizinische Diagnosen, kinderärztliche Beratung oder Behandlung.
Für alle Änderungen in der Ernährung Ihres Babys, den Übergang zu Beikost oder die Allergeneinführung

Welche Daten werden an Google gesendet?
- Anonyme Anfragen wie "Generiere ein Breirezept für einen 8 Monate alten Säugling mit diesen Zutaten."
- Wöchentliche Lebensmittelverbrauchslisten (nur zur Planerstellung).
Welche Daten werden NICHT an Google gesendet?
- Ihr Name, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse oder andere persönliche Identifikationsinformationen.
- GPS-Standort oder Zahlungsinformationen.
4 Datenspeicherung & Sicherheit
- Das Alter Ihres Babys, Allergien und Zutaten werden ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert.
- Wir verwenden oder betreiben keine Backend-Server-Datenbanken. Ihr Gerät ist der einzige Speicherort.
- Sie können alle Daten jederzeit permanent löschen, indem Sie die App löschen.
- Hinweis: Dieser Abschnitt gilt für Baby-Profil, Kühlschrank und Favoriten. Premium-Abopurchase-Daten werden über Apple App Store und RevenueCat verarbeitet — siehe Abschnitt 5.
5 Premium-Mitgliedschaft / Abonnement
BLW & Beikost: Babyrezepte bietet ein optionales Premium-Abonnement. Die Kernfunktionen bleiben
ohne Abo nutzbar; Premium schaltet zusätzliche Funktionen frei wie unbegrenzte Favoriten/Lagerbestände,
wöchentliche KI-Mahlzeitpläne, benutzerdefinierte intelligente Benachrichtigungen und Entfernung des Limits
für tägliche Chatbot-Nachrichten.
- Plan-Optionen: Verfügbar als monatliche, 6-monatige und jährliche Abrechnungsperioden. Die aktuellen Preise
für Ihre Region werden auf dem Kaufbildschirm angezeigt.
- Kostenlose Testversion: Einige Pakete können eine kostenlose Testversion enthalten; falls nicht
vor Ablauf gekündigt, konvertiert das Abo automatisch zu einem bezahlten Plan.
- Automatische Verlängerung: Das Abo wird automatisch verlängert, sofern es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden
vor Ablauf gekündigt wird; die Gebühr wird Ihrem Konto belastet.
- Kündigung & Verwaltung:
- iOS: Über Einstellungen → [Apple ID] → Abos auf Ihrem Gerät oder im In-App-Bildschirm "Abo verwalten"
- Android: Über Google Play Store → Profil → Zahlungen und Abos → Abos, oder im In-App-Bildschirm "Abo verwalten"
Eine Kündigung beendet den Zugriff nicht für die bereits bezahlte Periode; es stoppt nur die nächste Verlängerung.
- Zahlung & Rückerstattung: Alle Zahlungen werden über den Apple App Store (iOS) oder Google Play Store (Android) verarbeitet;
Rückerstattungsanfragen unterliegen den Standardrichtlinien der jeweiligen Plattform und können von uns nicht direkt erstattet werden.
ℹ️ Abo-Transaktionen werden über den Apple App Store / Google Play Store und unseren Abonnement-Dienstleister RevenueCat verarbeitet.
