Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Bebeğim: İlk Lokma ("Uygulama") mobil
uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu
Koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
Uygulama, bireysel geliştirici Barış Görgün ("Geliştirici", "biz") tarafından
geliştirilip işletilmektedir. İletişim: barisgorgunn@gmail.com
Uygulama; bebek beslenmesine yönelik tarif önerileri, haftalık öğün planları,
malzeme/kiler takibi, aşı takvimi takibi, büyüme takibi, yapay zeka destekli
tarif/soru-cevap (chatbot) ve ebeveynlerin takma adla soru sorup yanıtlayabildiği
moderasyonlu bir topluluk forumu ("Forum") özellikleri sunar. Bazı özellikler
ücretsizdir, bazıları Premium abonelik gerektirir (bkz. Madde 3).
Uygulamadaki içerik (tarifler, beslenme rehberi, aşı hatırlatmaları, AI yanıtları)
genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve tıbbi tavsiye niteliği taşımaz. Bebeğinizin
beslenmesi, alerjileri, aşı takvimi veya sağlığıyla ilgili her türlü karar için
çocuk doktorunuza veya yetkili bir sağlık profesyoneline danışmalısınız. Uygulama
içeriğine dayanarak alınan kararlardan Geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.
3.1. Genel. Uygulama, otomatik yenilenen (auto-renewable) abonelik modeliyle
sunulan bir Premium üyelik içerir. Premium üyelik; sınırsız favori/kiler kullanımı,
haftalık AI öğün planı, özel akıllı bildirimler ve chatbot'ta günlük mesaj
sınırının kaldırılması gibi özellikleri kapsar (uygulama içindeki paywall ekranında
güncel kapsam listelenir).
3.2. Plan Seçenekleri. Abonelik aylık veya 6 aylık dönemlerde satın
alınabilir. Güncel fiyatlar, bulunduğunuz ülke/bölgeye göre App Store'da satın alma
ekranında gösterilir; Geliştirici fiyatları önceden haber vermeksizin
değiştirebilir, ancak yürürlükteki bir aboneliğin fiyatı yalnızca Apple'ın ilgili
bildirim süreci işletildikten sonra değişir.
3.3. Ücretsiz Deneme. Bazı paketler, satın alma ekranında belirtilen süre kadar
ücretsiz deneme içerebilir. Deneme süresi boyunca iptal edilmezse, abonelik otomatik
olarak ücretli döneme geçer ve seçilen plana göre ücretlendirilir.
3.4. Otomatik Yenileme. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce
iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir ve seçilen plana ait ücret, satın
alma onayında kayıtlı Apple ID'nize yansıtılır.
3.5. İptal ve Yönetim. Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman cihazınızdaki
Ayarlar → [Apple ID] → Abonelikler yolundan veya Uygulama içindeki "Aboneliği
Yönet" ekranından yönetebilir/iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut ödenmiş dönemin
sonuna kadar Premium erişiminizi etkilemez; bir sonraki dönem için yenileme
yapılmaz.
3.6. Geri Ödeme. Tüm ödemeler Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir. Geri ödeme
talepleri Apple'ın standart politikalarına tabidir; Geliştirici doğrudan geri ödeme
yapamaz, taleplerinizi Apple destek kanalları üzerinden iletmeniz gerekir.
3.7. Kullanım Sınırları (Ücretsiz Plan). Premium olmayan kullanıcılar için
bazı özellikler (ör. günlük AI tarif/chatbot mesaj sayısı) sınırlandırılabilir; bu
sınırlar Uygulama içinde belirtilir ve Geliştirici tarafından zaman zaman
güncellenebilir.
3.8. Fiyat/Paket Değişiklikleri. Geliştirici, sunulan abonelik planlarını
(süre, kapsam, fiyatlandırma yapısı dahil) gelecekte değiştirebilir; mevcut
abonelerin yürürlükteki dönemi bu değişikliklerden etkilenmez.
Uygulama, bebek profili gibi bazı verileri cihazınızda ve/veya bulut senkronizasyonu
(favoriler, kullanım istatistikleri gibi) için sunucu tarafında saklayabilir.
Verilerin nasıl toplandığı ve kullanıldığı hakkında ayrıntılı bilgi için
Gizlilik Politikası'nı inceleyiniz.
5.1. Genel. Uygulamayı yalnızca yasalara uygun, kişisel ve ticari olmayan
amaçlarla kullanacağınızı; Uygulamanın güvenliğini tehlikeye atacak, tersine
mühendislik yapacak veya fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal edecek eylemlerden
kaçınacağınızı kabul edersiniz.
5.2. Forum İçeriği — Sıfır Tolerans. Forum'da paylaştığınız içerikten (soru,
yanıt) siz sorumlusunuz. Aşağıdaki içerik türlerine sıfır tolerans uygulanır:

Tüm Forum içeriği yayınlanmadan önce otomatik moderasyondan geçer; ihlal eden
içerik yayınlanmaz veya kaldırılır ve ihlali tekrarlayan kullanıcının Uygulamaya
erişimi Madde 8 uyarınca askıya alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir. Forum'da
uygunsuz içerikle karşılaşırsanız içeriği uygulama içinden şikayet edebilir ve
kullanıcıyı engelleyebilirsiniz; engellediğiniz kullanıcının içeriği size bir daha
gösterilmez.
Uygulama içeriği, tasarımı, yazılımı ve markası Geliştiriciye aittir. Bu Koşullar
size Uygulamayı kişisel cihazınızda kullanma hakkı tanır; başka herhangi bir hak
devredilmez.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Geliştirici, Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız
çalışacağını garanti etmez. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Geliştirici
Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan
sorumlu tutulamaz.
Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde Geliştirici, Uygulamaya erişiminizi askıya
alabilir veya sonlandırabilir. Aktif bir Premium aboneliğiniz varsa, fesih durumunda
kalan dönem için ücret iadesi Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir (bkz. Madde 3.6).
Geliştirici bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebilir. Önemli değişiklikler
Uygulama içinde veya bu sayfa üzerinden duyurulur. Güncellemeler sonrası
Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BiteMix mobile application
("App"). By downloading, installing or using the App you accept these Terms. If you
do not accept them, do not use the App.
The App is developed and operated by the individual developer Barış Görgün
("Developer", "we"). Contact: barisgorgunn@gmail.com
The App offers recipe suggestions for baby nutrition, weekly meal plans,
ingredient/pantry tracking, vaccination schedule tracking, growth tracking,
AI-assisted recipes and Q&A (chatbot), and a moderated community forum where
parents can ask and answer questions under a pseudonym ("Forum"). Some features are
free; others require a Premium subscription (see Section 3).
The content in the App (recipes, nutrition guides, vaccination reminders, AI
answers) **is for general information purposes only and does not constitute medical
advice.** For any decision concerning your baby's nutrition, allergies, vaccination
schedule or health, consult your pediatrician or a qualified health professional.
The Developer cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on App content.
3.1. General. The App includes a Premium membership offered as an auto-renewable
subscription. Premium covers features such as unlimited favorites/pantry use, the
weekly AI meal plan, special smart notifications and removal of the daily chatbot
message limit (the current scope is listed on the in-app paywall screen).
3.2. Plan Options. The subscription can be purchased for monthly or
6-month periods. Current prices are shown on the App Store purchase screen for
your country/region; the Developer may change prices without prior notice, but the
price of an active subscription only changes after Apple's applicable notification
process has run.
3.3. Free Trial. Some packages may include a free trial for the period stated
on the purchase screen. If not cancelled during the trial, the subscription
automatically converts to a paid period and is charged according to the selected plan.
3.4. Automatic Renewal. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the fee for the selected
plan is charged to the Apple ID registered at purchase confirmation.
3.5. Cancellation and Management. You can manage or cancel your subscription at
any time via Settings → [Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your device or the
"Manage Subscription" screen in the App. Cancellation does not affect your Premium
access for the paid period already under way; no renewal occurs for the next period.
3.6. Refunds. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund
requests are subject to Apple's standard policies; the Developer cannot issue
refunds directly — please submit requests through Apple support channels.
3.7. Usage Limits (Free Plan). For non-Premium users some features (e.g. daily
AI recipe/chatbot message count) may be limited; these limits are indicated in the
App and may be updated by the Developer from time to time.
3.8. Price/Plan Changes. The Developer may change the offered subscription
plans (including duration, scope and pricing structure) in the future; the current
period of existing subscribers is not affected by such changes.
The App may store some data, such as the baby profile, on your device and/or on the
server side for cloud synchronization (favorites, usage statistics). For details on
how data is collected and used, see the
5.1. General. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal and
non-commercial purposes, and to refrain from actions that endanger the App's
security, reverse engineer it or infringe intellectual property rights.
5.2. Forum Content — Zero Tolerance. You are responsible for the content you
share on the Forum (questions, answers). A zero-tolerance policy applies to the
following content:

All Forum content passes automatic moderation before publication; infringing
content is not published or is removed, and repeat offenders may have their
access to the App suspended or terminated under Section 8. If you encounter
inappropriate content on the Forum you can report it in-app and block the user;
content from a blocked user is no longer shown to you.
The App's content, design, software and brand belong to the Developer. These Terms
grant you the right to use the App on your personal device; no other rights are
transferred.
The App is provided "as is". The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or
error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not
liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
If you violate these Terms, the Developer may suspend or terminate your access to
the App. If you have an active Premium subscription, refunds for the remaining
period in case of termination are subject to Apple's policies (see Section 3.6).
The Developer may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are
announced in the App or on this page. Continuing to use the App after updates means
you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

same e-mail address with the subject "Forum report". Forum content reports are
reviewed within 24 hours; infringing content is removed and, where necessary,

Sie diese Bedingungen. Wenn Sie nicht einverstanden sind, nutzen Sie die App nicht.

Die App bietet Rezeptvorschläge für die Babyernährung, wöchentliche Essenspläne,
Zutaten-/Vorratsverwaltung, Impfkalender, Wachstumsverfolgung, KI-gestützte Rezepte
und Fragen/Antworten (Chatbot) sowie ein moderiertes Community-Forum, in dem Eltern
unter Pseudonym Fragen stellen und beantworten können ("Forum"). Einige Funktionen
sind kostenlos, andere erfordern ein Premium-Abonnement (siehe Abschnitt 3).
Die Inhalte der App (Rezepte, Ernährungsratgeber, Impferinnerungen, KI-Antworten)
**dienen nur der allgemeinen Information und stellen keine medizinische Beratung
dar.** Konsultieren Sie für alle Entscheidungen zu Ernährung, Allergien, Impfkalender
oder Gesundheit Ihres Babys Ihre Kinderärztin/Ihren Kinderarzt oder qualifiziertes
Fachpersonal. Der Entwickler haftet nicht für Entscheidungen, die auf Grundlage der
App-Inhalte getroffen werden.
3.1. Allgemeines. Die App enthält eine Premium-Mitgliedschaft als automatisch
verlängerbares Abonnement. Premium umfasst Funktionen wie unbegrenzte
Favoriten-/Vorratsnutzung, den wöchentlichen KI-Essensplan, besondere smarte
Benachrichtigungen und die Aufhebung des täglichen Chatbot-Nachrichtenlimits (der
aktuelle Umfang wird auf dem Paywall-Bildschirm in der App angezeigt).
3.2. Planoptionen. Das Abonnement kann für monatliche oder 6-monatige
Zeiträume erworben werden. Aktuelle Preise werden je nach Land/Region auf dem
Kaufbildschirm im App Store angezeigt; der Entwickler kann Preise ohne
Vorankündigung ändern, der Preis eines laufenden Abonnements ändert sich jedoch nur
nach Durchführung des entsprechenden Apple-Benachrichtigungsverfahrens.
3.3. Kostenlose Testphase. Einige Pakete können eine kostenlose Testphase für
den auf dem Kaufbildschirm angegebenen Zeitraum enthalten. Wird während der
Testphase nicht gekündigt, geht das Abonnement automatisch in den bezahlten Zeitraum
über und wird gemäß dem gewählten Plan berechnet.
3.4. Automatische Verlängerung. Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch,
sofern es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums gekündigt
wird; die Gebühr des gewählten Plans wird über die beim Kauf hinterlegte Apple-ID
abgerechnet.
3.5. Kündigung und Verwaltung. Sie können Ihr Abonnement jederzeit unter
Einstellungen → [Apple-ID] → Abonnements auf Ihrem Gerät oder über den Bildschirm
"Abo verwalten" in der App verwalten/kündigen. Die Kündigung berührt Ihren
Premium-Zugang für den bereits bezahlten Zeitraum nicht; für den folgenden Zeitraum
erfolgt keine Verlängerung.
3.6. Erstattungen. Alle Zahlungen werden über den Apple App Store abgewickelt.
Erstattungsanträge unterliegen den Standardrichtlinien von Apple; der Entwickler
kann keine direkten Erstattungen vornehmen — bitte wenden Sie sich an den
Apple-Support.
3.7. Nutzungsgrenzen (kostenloser Plan). Für Nutzer ohne Premium können einige
Funktionen (z. B. tägliche Anzahl der KI-Rezepte/Chatbot-Nachrichten) begrenzt sein;
diese Grenzen werden in der App angegeben und können vom Entwickler von Zeit zu Zeit
aktualisiert werden.
3.8. Preis-/Planänderungen. Der Entwickler kann die angebotenen Abonnementpläne
(einschließlich Laufzeit, Umfang und Preisstruktur) künftig ändern; der laufende
Zeitraum bestehender Abonnenten bleibt davon unberührt.
Die App kann bestimmte Daten wie das Babyprofil auf Ihrem Gerät und/oder serverseitig
zur Cloud-Synchronisierung (Favoriten, Nutzungsstatistiken) speichern. Einzelheiten
zur Erhebung und Nutzung von Daten finden Sie in der
5.1. Allgemeines. Sie verpflichten sich, die App nur rechtmäßig, persönlich und
nicht kommerziell zu nutzen und Handlungen zu unterlassen, die die Sicherheit der
App gefährden, Reverse Engineering darstellen oder geistige Eigentumsrechte
verletzen.
5.2. Forum-Inhalte — Null Toleranz. Für Inhalte, die Sie im Forum teilen
(Fragen, Antworten), sind Sie verantwortlich. Für folgende Inhalte gilt **null
Toleranz**:

Alle Forum-Inhalte durchlaufen vor der Veröffentlichung eine automatische
Moderation; verstoßende Inhalte werden nicht veröffentlicht oder entfernt, und
bei wiederholten Verstößen kann der Zugang zur App gemäß Abschnitt 8 **gesperrt
oder beendet** werden. Wenn Sie im Forum auf unangemessene Inhalte stoßen, können
Sie diese in der App melden und den Nutzer blockieren; Inhalte blockierter Nutzer
werden Ihnen nicht mehr angezeigt.
Inhalte, Design, Software und Marke der App gehören dem Entwickler. Diese
Bedingungen gewähren Ihnen das Recht, die App auf Ihrem persönlichen Gerät zu
nutzen; weitere Rechte werden nicht übertragen.
Die App wird "wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Der Entwickler garantiert keinen
unterbrechungs- oder fehlerfreien Betrieb. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet der
Entwickler nicht für mittelbare, zufällige oder Folgeschäden aus der Nutzung der App.
Bei Verstößen gegen diese Bedingungen kann der Entwickler Ihren Zugang zur App
sperren oder beenden. Bei einem aktiven Premium-Abonnement unterliegen Erstattungen
für den verbleibenden Zeitraum im Falle der Beendigung den Richtlinien von Apple
(siehe Abschnitt 3.6).
Der Entwickler kann diese Bedingungen von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren. Wesentliche
Änderungen werden in der App oder auf dieser Seite angekündigt. Die weitere Nutzung
der App nach Aktualisierungen gilt als Annahme der neuen Bedingungen.
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Republik Türkei.

schreiben Sie an dieselbe E-Mail-Adresse mit dem Betreff "Forum-Meldung".
Forum-Meldungen werden innerhalb von 24 Stunden geprüft; verstoßende Inhalte
werden entfernt und gegebenenfalls wird Abschnitt 8 auf den betreffenden Nutzer
angewendet.

Les présentes Conditions d'utilisation (« Conditions ») régissent l'utilisation de
l'application mobile BiteMix (« Application »). En téléchargeant, installant ou
utilisant l'Application, vous acceptez ces Conditions. Si vous ne les acceptez pas,
n'utilisez pas l'Application.
L'Application est développée et exploitée par le développeur individuel
Barış Görgün (« Développeur », « nous »). Contact : barisgorgunn@gmail.com
L'Application propose des suggestions de recettes pour l'alimentation de bébé, des
plans de repas hebdomadaires, le suivi des ingrédients/du garde-manger, le suivi du
calendrier vaccinal, le suivi de la croissance, des recettes et questions-réponses
assistées par IA (chatbot), ainsi qu'un forum communautaire modéré où les parents
peuvent poser des questions et y répondre sous pseudonyme (« Forum »). Certaines
fonctionnalités sont gratuites, d'autres nécessitent un abonnement Premium (voir
l'article 3).
Le contenu de l'Application (recettes, guides nutritionnels, rappels de vaccins,
réponses de l'IA) **est fourni à titre d'information générale et ne constitue pas un
avis médical.** Pour toute décision concernant l'alimentation, les allergies, le
calendrier vaccinal ou la santé de votre bébé, consultez votre pédiatre ou un
professionnel de santé qualifié. Le Développeur ne peut être tenu responsable des
décisions prises sur la base du contenu de l'Application.
3.1. Généralités. L'Application comprend une adhésion Premium proposée sous
forme d'abonnement à renouvellement automatique. Premium couvre des fonctionnalités
telles que l'utilisation illimitée des favoris/du garde-manger, le plan de repas
hebdomadaire par IA, des notifications intelligentes spéciales et la levée de la
limite quotidienne de messages du chatbot (le périmètre actuel est indiqué sur
l'écran d'achat dans l'Application).
3.2. Options de forfait. L'abonnement peut être acheté pour des périodes
mensuelles ou de 6 mois. Les prix actuels sont affichés sur l'écran d'achat
de l'App Store selon votre pays/région ; le Développeur peut modifier les prix sans
préavis, mais le prix d'un abonnement en cours ne change qu'après l'exécution du
processus de notification applicable d'Apple.
3.3. Essai gratuit. Certains forfaits peuvent inclure un essai gratuit pour la
durée indiquée sur l'écran d'achat. Sans annulation pendant l'essai, l'abonnement
bascule automatiquement en période payante et est facturé selon le forfait choisi.
3.4. Renouvellement automatique. L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement
sauf annulation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours ; le montant
du forfait choisi est débité de l'identifiant Apple enregistré lors de la
confirmation d'achat.
3.5. Annulation et gestion. Vous pouvez gérer ou annuler votre abonnement à
tout moment via Réglages → [identifiant Apple] → Abonnements sur votre appareil
ou l'écran « Gérer l'abonnement » de l'Application. L'annulation n'affecte pas votre
accès Premium pour la période déjà payée ; aucun renouvellement n'a lieu pour la
période suivante.
3.6. Remboursements. Tous les paiements sont traités via l'App Store d'Apple.
Les demandes de remboursement sont soumises aux politiques standard d'Apple ; le
Développeur ne peut pas effectuer de remboursement direct — adressez vos demandes
aux canaux d'assistance Apple.
3.7. Limites d'utilisation (forfait gratuit). Pour les utilisateurs non
Premium, certaines fonctionnalités (p. ex. nombre quotidien de recettes IA/messages
du chatbot) peuvent être limitées ; ces limites sont indiquées dans l'Application et
peuvent être mises à jour par le Développeur.
3.8. Modifications de prix/forfaits. Le Développeur peut modifier à l'avenir
les forfaits proposés (durée, périmètre et structure tarifaire compris) ; la période
en cours des abonnés existants n'est pas affectée.
L'Application peut stocker certaines données, comme le profil de bébé, sur votre
appareil et/ou côté serveur pour la synchronisation cloud (favoris, statistiques
d'utilisation). Pour en savoir plus sur la collecte et l'utilisation des données,
consultez la Politique de confidentialité.
5.1. Généralités. Vous vous engagez à utiliser l'Application uniquement à des
fins licites, personnelles et non commerciales, et à vous abstenir de toute action
compromettant la sécurité de l'Application, relevant de l'ingénierie inverse ou
portant atteinte aux droits de propriété intellectuelle.
5.2. Contenu du Forum — Tolérance zéro. Vous êtes responsable du contenu que
vous partagez sur le Forum (questions, réponses). Une politique de **tolérance
zéro** s'applique aux contenus suivants :

Tout contenu du Forum passe par une modération automatique avant publication ; le
contenu en infraction n'est pas publié ou est supprimé, et l'accès à
l'Application des utilisateurs récidivistes peut être suspendu ou résilié
conformément à l'article 8. Si vous rencontrez un contenu inapproprié sur le Forum,
vous pouvez le signaler dans l'application et bloquer l'utilisateur ; le contenu
d'un utilisateur bloqué ne vous est plus affiché.
Le contenu, le design, le logiciel et la marque de l'Application appartiennent au
Développeur. Les présentes Conditions vous accordent le droit d'utiliser
l'Application sur votre appareil personnel ; aucun autre droit n'est transféré.
L'Application est fournie « en l'état ». Le Développeur ne garantit pas un
fonctionnement ininterrompu ou exempt d'erreurs. Dans la mesure maximale permise
par la loi, le Développeur n'est pas responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires

En cas de violation des présentes Conditions, le Développeur peut suspendre ou
résilier votre accès à l'Application. Si vous avez un abonnement Premium actif, le
remboursement de la période restante en cas de résiliation est soumis aux politiques
d'Apple (voir l'article 3.6).
Le Développeur peut mettre à jour ces Conditions de temps à autre. Les changements
importants sont annoncés dans l'Application ou sur cette page. Continuer à utiliser
l'Application après une mise à jour vaut acceptation des nouvelles Conditions.
Les présentes Conditions sont régies par le droit de la République de Türkiye.

Pour les plaintes concernant le contenu du Forum, utilisez la fonction « Signaler »
dans l'application ou écrivez à la même adresse e-mail avec l'objet « Signalement
Forum ». Les signalements de contenu du Forum sont examinés sous 24 heures ; le
contenu en infraction est supprimé et, si nécessaire, l'article 8 est appliqué à
l'utilisateur concerné.
